We are pleased to announce that fundcraft has closed a growth financing round. We are also pleased to have participated in this round led by Riverside Acceleration Capital, with continued backing from our fellow investors 3VC and Aperture Capital.
fundcraft has now raised a total of €40 million since ints inception, is now supporting close to 300 funds, more than 20,000 LP subscriptions. One interesting point, which validates our original thesis, more than half of fundcraft’s clients have migrated from incumbent administrators.
We continue to firmly believe in the future of a fully digitized and automated fund administration, fund accounting, cosec and transfer agency future for the funds industry, which is the vision that led us to make our first investment in the company over a year ago.
