William Kotto

Chief Financial Officer, Head of Risk & Conducting Officer

William joined MGV in 2022 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to MGV, William was VP of Internal Audit and Risk Management of a private company in Luxembourg. His responsibilities included internal audit, risk management, cyber security governance and data protection across the organisation.

William has also worked at EY both in France and Luxembourg from Senior to Manager positions.

William holds Master degrees in Engineering, Corporate Finance and Financial Strategy (MBA) as well as audit professional certifications which provide him with a transversal view that is essential when operating within the venture ecosystem. He lives in Luxembourg.
